Their ergonomic design helps to reduce common strains associated with the repetitive actions required to groom our pets well. Our flea and tick tools are a must-have for your pet's first aid kit. Hopefully not often required but a lifesaver when they are! The easy way to remove ticks from your pet. Designed to remove ticks intact and without unnecessary risks to your pet. Single-action tick removal Suitable for left or right-handed use An essential tool for your pet first aid kit Our flea and tick products are an essential part of a pet first aid kit - hopefully not often required, but a lifesaver when they are! The Ticker Picker can aid in the safe and clean removal of a tick from your pet's coat. To remove a tick, position our Tick Picker over the tick with the tick in the largest section of the picker, nearest the handle. Lift the handle so that the narrow nose of the picker is flat on the skin. Draw the picker slowly and firmly towards the tick so that it is gripped securely and can be carefully lifted away from the skin and disposed of. Spray area where the tick was attached with disinfectant. Note: Use smooth movement when lifting the tick. Ensure that there are no traces of tick's head or mouth–parts left on or in the skin. Pets should be checked daily for ticks, their immediate removal would minimise the chance of transmitting disease. Ideal for most breeds of dogs, especially those with short/medium coats. Grooming your pet is essential for its well-being and appearance. Combing removes loose hair, dirt and prevents hair from getting tangled and matted. Just a few minutes each day will keep your pet's coat shiny and healthy - it can also help you identify anything abnormal, like a tick.
