Harrisons Bird Foods High Potency Fine Harrisons High Potency is a bird food specifically designed as a transition to Harrisons Bird Foods, for molting birds, overweight and underweight birds, hand-fed birds younger than 6-8 months, and sick or special needs birds. Certain species of birds, such as redstarts, macaws, palm and Moluccan cockatoos and golden parakeets, can receive High Potency throughout the year. Harrison's High Potency Fine is specially formulated for cockatiels, doves, lovebirds and other small to medium sized birds. Harrisons Bird Foods are certified organic and free of agricultural poisons, mold and mildew toxins, artificial colors and flavors, and preservatives. Administration: Divide the daily portion and feed twice a day (morning and evening). It is not necessary to supplement the diet with vitamins or other bird foods. Limit supplemental feeding with organic vegetables and fruits to a maximum of 10-15% of the total meal and give them in small portions, eg as a reward for desired behavior and preferably not in food bowls.
